Since all items are customized for each customer, we cannot accept returns, refunds, or exchanges, unless it is a mistake on our side. We will refund or replace the item if there is a mistake on our part. In such cases please send us a proof. A photo will work. You will be eligible for a refund or replacement if:

*If T-shirt size is wrong and you have proof.

*T-shirt color is wrong and you have proof.

*Text color is wrong and you have proof.

*Design is wrong and you have proof.

*Text is wrong and you have proof.

-Machine wash cold or warm.

-Inside out.

-Only non-chlorine bleach.

-Tumble dry low or lay flat.

-Do not iron directly on vinyl decal unless you have it inside out or parchment paper between iron and vinyl.

We do our very best to get your items to you in a timely fashion. Once the item has been turned over to shipping company we will provide an eta for your order but cannot guarantee it will get there on an exact date.
